Executives ask for SLA compliance, throughput, and bottleneck teams. Redmine admins export CSVs manually every Friday. Custom queries are powerful but opaque to non-Redmine users. PDF exports look dated and miss branding context.

Redmine 5.1.x and 6.x. Heavy queries cached with configurable TTL to protect DB performance on large instances.
