Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy applies to commercial plugin licenses sold through RedmineShop.

30-day refund window

If the plugin does not work as documented on a supported Redmine version and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

What is not refundable

  • Renewals after the first license period, unless required by law
  • Issues caused by unsupported Redmine/Ruby versions or third-party modifications
  • Enterprise custom work after delivery has been accepted

How to request a refund

Email support@redmineshop.com with your order reference and a brief description of the issue. We typically respond within 2 business days.
